We always welcome persons who love the water who would like to assist with our race management on Saturdays. If you can spare a few hours each week and would like to get involved please contact our Sailing Committee who will be more than happy to help further.
Basic boating or sailing qualifications are desired, but not mandatory. There are plenty of free resources online to get you up to speed, and the Club is happy to sponsor anyone who would like to pursue necessary additional qualifications.
Those who volunteer regularly will receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary Australian Sailing membership
- Complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks while performing Race Offical duties
- Race Official hat and/or t-shirt
- $30 Club credit for each day of Race Official volunteering
- Invitation to any sailing functions
